Blessing Binge

For today I want to try something different. I want to inspire you to go on a Blessing Binge. I want you to join me in blessing everything in sight. Every, person, animal, plant, everything! When you are in that mode, there is no room for judgment, there is no room for fear. The more love and gratitude we share on this planet, the more we change it for the better. The Universe is like the track runner waiting for you to hand off the baton. If you just run as fast as you can with good intentions and projecting love, the Universe will see to it that it is exponentially multiplied and it will seep into others’ consciousness and will begin to spread like wildfire.

We are so much stronger than we know. Positive energy is so much more powerful than negative. Why do you feel that tingle when you’re watching a moving and the “bad” guys are losing? Down deep inside you, you know the light will always win. The darkness is there for us to learn from, but the light is always there for us.

Please, as you go through your day, suspend all judgment. Notice everything as if it were the first time you were seeing it. Be grateful for the experience to witness such beauty, and such detail. You can either say it out loud or quietly to yourself. “May you be blessed!” When I do this, I have an inner giggle because I know I just shared some of the love I have inside and it feels amazing.

Notice how amazing you feel when there is only intention for love. Every moment of your day, may you be blessed and share that with everyone you know, and even those you don’t.

We are winding down on what has been for many, a very tough year. Let’s look toward beginning the New Year with Blessing it and all the wonders the Universe will bring us.
